Q3 2006: Vestivo Deploys Version 1 of Integrated POS System

In response to the needs of RV resort communities, the software architects and professional services personnel of RMS have developed Vestivo Point Of Sale (POS) system for restaurants, golf courses, gift shops, or other retail facility at RV resorts. Vestivo POS tracks inventory and processes credit cards, while integrating with the Vestivo Front Office Software to allow billing directly to customer accounts or to pay at the locations. All sales information integrates into accounting reports to make audits and reconciliations easy and efficient. Like all of Vestivo products, the POS is a web based solution making it easy to connect multiple locations and workstations. The Vestivo POS System is the perfect addition to integrate your retail sales activities.

June 5: Texas Association of Campground Owners Selects Vestivo as Preferred Software

Vestivo-RV, the premier reservation and property management tool for RV resorts and campgrounds, has been selected by the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO) as the Association's preferred software provider. TACO executive, Brian Schaeffer, introduced the Vestivo team and product suite at TACO's recent annual meeting and trade show in Kerrville, TX.

"We have reviewed many products and companies that provide reservation and property management systems for RV resorts and campgrounds," both the president and IT director of TACO said. In an effort to bring resort owners and managers the best credit card processing solutions available, Vestivo has partnered with Transaction Resources, Inc. (TRI). For over 13 years, TRI has provided credit card merchant accounts to a variety of businesses including RV resorts, campgrounds, and other outdoor recreation facilities. They offer outstanding customer service and very competitive processing rates. A TRI merchant account integrated with Vestivo front office software allows for credit card processing directly from the front office reservation system.

Vestivo supports credit card processing with many different merchant service providers and recommends that the property owners and managers choose a processor that best suits their needs. However, Vestivo has found TRI understands the needs of resort owners and provides excellent value to our customers.

Q3 2005: Vestivo Begins Development of Next Generation Integrated POS System
In response to the needs of RV resort communities, the software architects and professional services personnel of RMS are in the process of developing the premier Point Of Sale (POS) system for restaurants, golf courses, gift shops, or other retail facility at RV resorts. Vestivo POS will allow for inventory tracking and credit card processing, while integrating with the Vestivo Reservation Management System to allow the update of customer information and balances from any POS system on the property. Like all of Vestivo products, the POS will be a web based solution making it easy to access information from any computer with an internet connection. Look for the Vestivo POS System to be available in mid 2006.

Q1 2005 : Vestivo Deploys Integrated Gate System w/ Access Control Solution
Vestivo has developed new software to revolutionize how RV customers check in and gain access to an RV park. The Vestivo Gate software, is fully integrated with your gate system and allows management superior access control over the property. (Equipment consultation available.) Once a reservation has been committed either through the Online Reservation system or through the Reservation Management system, the bar code gate passes are automatically generated and can then be sent to the customer. When the customer arrives, they scan their pass at the gate. The bar code number is transmitted to the Reservation Management System for verification. The Vestivo gate software verifies the dates and the customer status in the Reservation Management System and gate access will be granted or denied based on that information. Upon approval, the gate will open and the customer can drive to their site without any need to enter the office. With an average response time of 2-3 seconds, there are no inconvenient back ups at your property’s entrance. Customers and office personnel alike enjoy the luxury of automatic check ins, especially during peak seasons.
